If you like lakes and you're in this part of Washington you can check out Straight Ponds. Now, you may think that's a heap but there's even more enjoyable stuff to do here at Straight Ponds. Crisp Creek is a stream that you may bump into during your stay. There's so much to do here at Straight Ponds that you need to camp here for a while, South Prairie Creek RV Park is a good site for that. This lake is so wonderful. From a rainfall point of view Straight Ponds is a relatively common site; December is when you get the most rain here, and July meanwhile is the driest month. Lakes are such peaceful spots, why not take a look at Horseshoe Lake in close proximity to Straight Ponds, and get yourself into a kayak and hit Green River. This lake is so wonderful. the period of the summer months here at Straight Ponds, high temperatures mostly get into the 70's, and through the night it cools down to the 50's. High temperatures through the wintertime are normally in the 40's; winter nights come with lows in the 30's to Straight Ponds.
