This lake is so wonderful. Get drenched paddling on Wenatchee River, and do take a hike on the Snow Lakes Trail. The warmest time of the year at Squaw Lake comes with high temperatures in the 60's, and through summer nights temperatures are in the 40's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 20's; overnight lows during the wintertime for Squaw Lake tend to be in the 10's. You'll really wish for more       hours in a day to enjoy all the entertaining stuff in the Northern Cascade Range. Dry warm beds await you at Quality Inn & Suites, and the Icicle Trail offers hiking at its best. This lake is so wonderful. You could also go to Dirtyface Lake if you're here at Squaw Lake; it's close by. Squaw Lake ordinarily gets much rainfall; most of the snow falls throughout January, and July on the other hand is the driest. Best Western Icicle Inn is a brilliant site                  to get some rest, and Squaw Lake is a wonderful place to visit for more than one day, Lake Wenatchee Campground is a wonderful place to camp nearby. Visit Little Wenatchee River while you're here at Squaw Lake; Squaw Lake is right by the Duncan Hill Trail. What a place this is for outdoors folks. A lake close by is Hidden Lake, and whitewater paddling is delightful on Nason River. That right there is heaps of cool stuff already but it goes on, the Northern Cascade Range has it all. Dirty Face Mountain is clearly visible from Squaw Lake, and Glacier View Campground is a magnificent local campground.
