Spider Lake is a wet location that gets a great deal of rain; during the month of December you get the most rain around here; July is the month with the least moisture. Having a perfect time at Spider Lake is painless. Wynoochee Falls Campground is a delightful campground here, and getting to Walter Creek from Spider Lake is painless. A great close by hotel is Canal Side Resort & Motel, and there's       whitewater on Baker Creek for all you adrenaline kick people. Throughout the warm months highs here at Spider Lake reach the 70's, and all through the night it cools down to the 40's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 40's while the cold winter nights at Spider Lake are in the 30's. This lake is so wonderful. If you need a spot to stay Union Bay Hot Tub Cabins is a magnificent choice, and the Skyline Trail offers hiking at its best. Just can't get enough                  of the Olympic Mountains. Stay the night at Brown Creek Campground; whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then, we recommend Satsop River - Middle Fork.
