You can't get within viewing distance of it without being attacked by armies of security. Why Seattle is so ultra paranoid someone is going to poison its reservoirs that you can't even hike to it when most of the country can water ski on theirs is beyond me, but I'm sure the managers would tell you     with great gravity why this is so very necessary for public safety. I suspect if I had 1/10th the annual security budget for this reservoir, I would be retiring immediately! Suffice it to say you are not going to be recreating or even seeing this lake!
