If you are in this part of Washington make sure to pay a visit to Source Lake. This lake is so wonderful. Hit the slopes at Alpental in the neighborhood, and The Tooth is an attention-grabbing thing to distinguish while you're here. Life's too short to enjoy all the fun stuff close to Source Lake. Snoqualmie is a very popular ski area around here; dry warm beds await you at Best Western Inn. Don't leave Source Lake without first paying a visit to Franklin Falls;

site. Going for a hike along the Pratt Lake Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this region. Lakes? Sure, Chair Peak Lake is in the vicinity. This lake is so wonderful. Near Source Lake you hit upon great locations
like Hemlock Pass, and there's some flowing water nearby, Denny Creek is a stream you can pop by during your stay. Man, is there heaps of entertaining things to do in the Northern Cascade Range. Whitewater paddling is brilliant on
Snoqualmie River - South Fork, and hiking along the Middle Fork Trail is pleasant fun. The high level of rain makes Source Lake a reasonably wet spot; January is when you get the most rain here; July is when it's the driest. All
through the warm months, highs commonly are in the 70's at Source Lake while night lows are usually in the 50's. For the duration of the winter highs are in the 40's with temperatures at Source Lake dipping down into the 30's through winter nights. What a site this is for outdoors people. Get wet paddling on Dingford Creek.
