Snyder Lake is a very beautiful lake in beautiful surroundings. Through the warm months highs here at Snyder Lake reach the 70's. Once the sun is down it plunges down to the 40's. The winter comes with highs in the 30's with temperatures at Snyder Lake dipping down into the 20's all through winter nights. This lake is so wonderful. You can never get enough of the good skiing at Crystal Mountain, and you can stay the night at Packwood RV Park and Campground.

| | no way somebody can get bored here in the Northern Cascade Range. Put some time aside to spend at Jennings Falls while you're here at Snyder Lake. There's so much to do here at Snyder Lake that you need to camp here for a while, River Bar Campground is a fine place for that. So much amusing stuff to do in the Northern Cascade Range, not enough time. If you get bored of Snyder Lake, you could also pop by close by Glacier Lake, and you'll never forgive yourself if | |

you don’t go skiing at White Pass if you're here. Get soaked paddling on Cowlitz River; you can have a fine hiking adventure along the South Point Trail.
This lake is one of the great places here in the Northern Cascade Range.
This lake is so wonderful. Paddling on Johnson Creek is so much fun, and if the weather is glorious, you can go for a hike along the Packwood Lake Trail. The high level of rain makes Snyder Lake a rather wet location; of all the months
in a year January is the one with the most snow; the driest of the months is July.
Now, you may believe that's a load but there's even more enjoyable stuff to do here at Snyder Lake. Looking for some flowing water? Try Butler Creek; if you're here you can take a hike along the Glacier Lake Trail.
