Smith Lake is a nice lake to visit. This lake is located in the wonderful Olympic Mountains. Just can't get enough of the Olympic Mountains. You can make out Bell Hill from Smith Lake; Econo Lodge Sequim is a tremendous site to get some rest. A nice close by hotel is Holiday Plaza Sequim Inn, and there's nice hiking along the Clink Trail.

| | popular thing to do around Smith Lake; Bear Mountain Trail is a fine local trail. Around Smith Lake you don’t get a lot of precipitation; the month with most of the rain is December; the driest month is July. And if that's not sufficient there's lots more fun things to do in the Olympic Mountains. An afternoon playing golf at Skyridge Golf Course & Driving Range is always a delight.

not take a refreshing hike along the Tubal Cain Mine Trail. For the period of the summer at Smith Lake temperatures are usually in the 60's. When the night sets in temperatures descend down into the 50's. For the period of the wintertime
highs are frequently in the 40's, and after the sun is down during the winter temperatures at Smith Lake descend into the 30's. Having a nice time at Smith Lake is painless. Sequim Prairie is a perfect place to check out. You'll need more than a day to look at everything Smith Lake has to offer, you can camp at Sequim West RV Park.
