A visit to Sixteen Lake is always a good idea. If you haven’t been to Lake Chelan National Recreation Area, you should schedule some time for it if you're here, and dry warm beds await you at Mt. Vernon Days Inn. An average amount of rainfall falls at Sixteen Lake; during November this area sees the most rain, and July is when it's the driest. You're sure to run into some friendly people from Mount Vernon-Anacortes here, and a lake close by is Ten Lake.

| | An afternoon playing golf at Eaglemont Golf Course is always a diversion, and you can stay the night at Lake Associates Recreation Clb. This lake is so wonderful. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Pilchuck Creek, and why not a little side trip to Bulson Creek. Summertime brings highs in the 70's to Sixteen Lake. Once the sun is down it plunges down to the 50's. The winter brings highs down to the 40's, and winter nights come with lows in the 30's to Sixteen | |
