During the days of summer, highs frequently are in the 80's at Simpson Lake while overnight lows are usually in the 40's. Daytime highs all through the winter are in the 20's, and during the dark hours in the wintertime at Simpson Lake temperatures drop to the 10's. This lake is so wonderful. Go for a hike on the White Mountain       Trail; there are other places here than Simpson Lake, for example La Fleur Lake. This place, Simpson Lake, it completely has so much outdoors fun stuff. If you need a spot to stay Comfort Inn Colville is a good choice, and whitewater paddling is fine on Sherman Creek. Simpson Lake is pretty dehydrated regularly; most of the snow falls during December, and October is when it's the driest. Lakes are such serene spots, why not go to La Fleur Lake in close proximity                  to Simpson Lake, and camping is available at Log Cabin Resort.
