This lake is so wonderful. If you don't mind getting covered with water, you can always go whitewater paddling on Jim Creek, and an afternoon playing golf at Everett City Walter E Hall Memorial Golf Course is always a diversion. This lake is so wonderful. Silver Lake is a rather wet place commonly with a large       amount of precipitation; of all the months in a year December is the one with the most rain, and July meanwhile is the driest month. Silver Lake Recreational Park is a great local campground, and not far from Silver Lake you'll find Hilton Lake which is a pretty lake. The warmest time of the year at Silver Lake arrives with high temperatures in the 70's while overnight lows are regularly in the 50's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the                  40's, and through the dark hours in the wintertime at Silver Lake temperatures sink to the 30's. Calkins Dam is worth taking a look at if you're here, and dry warm beds await you at Days Inn Seattle/Everett. What a location this is for outdoors folks. Harbour Pointe RV Park is a good campground nearby; since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always have a look at nearby Ruggs Lake.
