This lake is so wonderful. Big Sheep Creek is a fine local stream, and dry warm beds await you at Comfort Inn Colville. You'll need more than a day to explore everything Silver Crown Lake has to offer, you can camp at Upper Columbia Recreational Vehicle Park; not far from Silver Crown Lake you'll stumble on Phillips Lake which is a beautiful lake. Taking a little trip to close by Sand Point is a splendid idea.       Lakes? Sure, Quinns Meadows is in the vicinity. There's so much to do here at Silver Crown Lake that you need to camp here for a while, The Upper Columbia RV and Campground is a tremendous spot for that, and if you have time, Lake Roosevelt National Recreation Area is a national park worth taking a look at. Summer brings highs in the 80's to Silver Crown Lake while overnight lows are regularly in the 40's. Daytime highs during the wintertime are in the                  30's; night lows in the 10's for Silver Crown Lake. At Silver Crown Lake you don’t see much precipitation; the wettest month of the year is generally December, that's the one that snows the most, and September meanwhile is the driest month.
