There's whitewater on Ruth Creek for all you adrenaline kick people, as expected you could also stop at Ipsoot Lake if you're here; it's not far at all. There are some wonderful whitewater spots on Baker River, and camping at Hannegan Campground is always a good experience. But wait, there's more amusing things to do in the Northern Cascade Range. Take a little journey to Blum Creek       since you're here at Shuksan Lake, and a nice place to camp here at Shuksan Lake is Kulshan Campground. This lake is so wonderful. Dry warm beds await you at Snowwater Condos; a lake nearby is Sulphide Lake. Shuksan Lake is located in the Northern Cascade Range. Having a good time at Shuksan Lake is easy. Through the summer at Shuksan Lake temperatures are mostly in the 70's. For the period of the moonlight hours it's regularly in the 50's. All through the                  winter the highs are generally in the 40's, and winter nights come with lows in the 30's to Shuksan Lake.
