Now, you may feel that's a heap but there's even more entertaining stuff to do here at Shaw Lake. That right there is plenty of enjoyable things already but it goes on, the Northern Cascade Range has it all. After a long day outdoors GuestHouse Inn & Suites M is       a delightful place to spend a night or two, and Shaw Lake is not the only site close by, Wallace Lake is a close by lake. River Bar Campground is a perfect campground nearby, and Best Western Sky Valley Inn is a tremendous place to get some rest. The Northern Cascade Range scenery is always beautiful. A good spot for whitewater paddling near Shaw Lake is Wallace River, and a lake close by is Jay Lake. Summer brings highs in the 70's to Shaw Lake, and                  through summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. Highs throughout the winter are frequently in the 40's; nighttime lows in the 30's for Shaw Lake. This lake is so wonderful.
