If you are in this part of Washington make sure to pay a visit to Segelsen Lake. This lake is so wonderful. Stay the night at Cascade Kamloops Trout Farm and RV Park; if you come at the right time of year, Stillaguamish River - North Fork offers some glorious whitewater. If you want a perfect time in the great outdoors, just come on down to Segelsen Lake. Creekside Camping is a perfect campground nearby; the Finney Peak Trail offers hiking at its best.

| | through the summertime months, highs usually are in the 70's at Segelsen Lake with nighttime lows in the 50's. Highs throughout the wintertime are typically in the 40's, and night lows all through the winter for Segelsen Lake tend to be in the 30's. So much enjoyable stuff to do in the Northern Cascade Range, not enough time. Whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then we recommend Finney Creek, and Segelsen Lake is right by the Gee Point | |
