This lake is one of the great places here in the Northern Cascade Range. White Pass Campground is a glorious local campground, and float down the rapids of Tieton River - South Fork in a kayak. At Section 3 Lake during the warm months highs are in the 60's while nighttime lows are regularly in the 40's. For the period of the winter this place gets highs in the 30's; through the dark hours in the wintertime at Section 3 Lake       temperatures descend to the 10's. This place, the Northern Cascade Range, has so much outdoors exciting things. If you came for an overnight stay Grey Creek Campground is a magnificent place to camp, and you can go for a hike on the Minnie Meadows Trail. Be careful coming to Section 3 Lake, you might not ever wanna go back home again. Good hiking is available along the Tieton Meadows Trail, and everyone close by loves skiing at White Pass. If you adore                  the outdoors you'll adore it here in the Northern Cascade Range. While you're here at Section 3 Lake, you could also take a look at pretty Clear Lake, and there's great hiking along the Bear Creek Mountain Trail. A great deal of rain falls at Section 3 Lake; of all the months in a year January is the one with the most snow; July is when it's the driest. This lake is so wonderful.
