There's whitewater on Duwamish River for all you adrenaline rush seekers; Scriber Lake is magnificent enough to spend more than a day at, Twin Cedars RV Park is a magnificent local campground. But wait, there's more to do close to Scriber Lake. If you're visiting Scriber Lake from Seattle-Tacoma-Bellevue, you won't be the only one, and after a long day outdoors       Hotel International is a nice location to spend a night or two. During the months of summer at Scriber Lake highs are mostly in the 70's. For the duration of the moonlight hours it's ordinarily in the 50's. Through the winter highs are in the 40's while Scriber Lake nighttime low temperatures through the wintertime are in the 30's. Scriber Lake is not the only site nearby, Lake Ballinger is a nearby lake, and dry warm beds await you at Courtyard By Marriott                  Lynnwood. Enjoy a round of golf at Harbour Pointe Golf Course not far from Scriber Lake, and if you get bored of Scriber Lake you could also stop at nearby Hall Lake. Scriber Lake gets very little rainfall; most of the rain falls through December, and the driest of the months is July.
