Scott Lake is a beautiful lake in the Olympic Mountains. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy the Olympic Mountains. High temperatures at Scott Lake through the warm days of summer are in the 70's, and through summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. Highs throughout the winter are frequently in the 40's; night lows during the winter for Scott Lake tend to be in the 30's. After a long day outdoors       Guesthouse Intl Tumwater is a great spot to spend a night or two, and a pleasant place to camp here at Scott Lake is American Heritage Campgrounds. This lake is so wonderful. People from Olympia love to come to Scott Lake; some of the water close by flows, like Allen Creek. But wait, there's more cool stuff to do in the Olympic Mountains. Dry warm beds await you at Comfort Inn Tumwater; why not camp at Olympia Campgrounds while you're here at Scott Lake.                  Since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always go to nearby Deep Lake, and Cedar Creek has a perfect whitewater paddling spot close by.
