Schalow Pond rules! Good hiking is available along the Coxit Creek Trail, and the vista of pretty Schalow Mountain is pleasant. This lake is so wonderful. Around Schalow Pond you don’t get a lot of precipitation; the month of December is the wettest with most of the snow, and July is the month with the least moisture. Fish Lake is a tremendous lake near Schalow Pond; hey, Gotta ski right? Loup Loup Ski Bowl       is a great place to do that. Schalow Pond is in the neighborhood of Schallow Lake Dam which is a wonderful spot without doubt worth going to; Best Western Peppertree Inn at Omak is a good place to get some rest. This lake is one of the great places here in the Northern Cascade Range. Throughout the summer, highs usually are in the 80's at Schalow Pond. For the period of the moonlight hours it's ordinarily in the 50's. Daytime highs throughout the winter                  are in the 30's with winter lows in the 10's overnight here at Schalow Pond. So many enjoyable things to do here in the Northern Cascade Range, too pleasant to be true. Go for a hike on the Funk Mountain Trail. There's so much to do here at Schalow Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Lazy Daze RV Park is a great place for that. Man, is there loads of entertaining stuff to do in the Northern Cascade Range. There are other spots here than Schalow Pond, for example Schallow Lake, and a brilliant nearby hotel is Rodeway Inn & Suites. This lake is so wonderful.
