If you like lakes and you're in this part of Washington you can check out Lake Sawyer. Life's too short to enjoy all the fun stuff near Lake Sawyer. The snow is good at Stephens Pass, and a pleasant close by hotel is Cascadia Inn. The Northern Cascade Range scenery is always beautiful. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Lake Sawyer; Escondido Trail is a nice local trail, and why not camp at Deception Creek Campground if you're here at Lake Sawyer. Throughout

| | the days of summer at Lake Sawyer temperatures are commonly in the 70's while overnight lows are usually in the 50's. High temperatures all through the wintertime are normally in the 40's, and nighttime lows in the 30's for Lake Sawyer. Tye Canyon Campground is a perfect site to camp; the Lake Michael Trail offers hiking at its best. It's always glorious to go to Alpine Falls, and if you've had enough of Lake Sawyer, Fisher Lake is nearby. This lake is so wonderful.
After a long day outdoors Skyriver Inn is a great place to spend a night or two, and if you come at the right time of year, Deception Creek offers some glorious whitewater. This lake is so wonderful. Take a little journey to Carroll
Creek since you're here at Lake Sawyer, and if the weather is wonderful, you get a good panorama of Mount Sawyer from Lake Sawyer.
