We go to Lake Sammamish every summer. We love boating. The view is spectacular with Mt Rainier and all the hillsides. The water is warm and the beach is huge! We have our company picnic there every year also. Great place to visit!

     Lake Sammamish is always a pleasure to visit. This lake is so wonderful. Dry warm beds await you at Candlewood Suites, and there are some brilliant whitewater spots on Cedar River. So much entertaining stuff to do here at Lake Sammamish, too wonderful to be true. Ebright Creek is a delightful stream that is worth taking a look at; if you want to hit the beach, Alexander Beach is around here. Whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then we recommend  
   Raging River, and you can stay the night at Trailer Inn's RV Park.
Throughout the summertime highs here at Lake Sammamish reach the 70's. When the night sets in temperatures fall down into the 50's. Through the wintertime highs are regularly in the 40's, and after the sun is down through the winter temperatures at Lake Sammamish descend into the 30's. This lake is so wonderful. A pretty lake like Phantom Lake right next door to Lake Sammamish is a tremendous
 
               place to check out. Lake Sammamish is a delightful location to camp, Vasa Park Resort and Ballroom is a delightful location, and if you're a golfer then a splendid close by course is Golf Club at Newcastle.
Lake Sammamish is a good location of typical rainfall; December is the wettest month with most rain, and the driest of the months is July. Greenwood Point is near Lake Sammamish and is a nice place to go to, and lots of people from Seattle-Tacoma-Bellevue come here. Larkspur Landing Bellevue is a pleasant location to get some rest; a visit to Rosemont Beach is always a wonderful idea.
