This lake is so wonderful. Lake Sacajawea is a location with many visitors from Longview-Kelso, and whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then, we recommend Coal Creek. Travelodge Longview is a pleasant site to get some rest, and no need to travel far       to check out exciting stuff like Huntington Rock. You'll locate a pretty lake called Cedar Street Reservoir near Lake Sacajawea; there's whitewater on Olequa Creek for all you thrill seekers. All the water falling down from the sky makes Lake Sacajawea a wet spot; December is the month that gets the most rain while July is the month with the least amount of precipitation. If you need a place to stay Rodeway Inn Longview is a delightful choice; why not camp                  at Deluxe Trailer Court if you're here at Lake Sacajawea. Any time is a brilliant time at Lake Sacajawea if you like the outdoors. Camping is available at Columbia Trailer Court, and do have a look at Log Pond, it's a pretty lake. Why not have a look at Cedar Street Reservoir Dam while you're here, and an afternoon playing golf at Elks Lodge-Kelso-Longview Golf Course is always a pleasure. At Lake Sacajawea during the warmest time of the year highs are in the 70's. Summer nighttime lows sink down to the 50's. The winter brings highs down to the 40's with winter lows in the 30's overnight here at Lake Sacajawea. This lake is so wonderful. Time spent at Red Mill Beach in the vicinity of Lake Sacajawea is always magnificent, and a wonderful location is Slaughters Bar.
