Ruby Lake is a lake worth visiting. This lake is one of the great places here in the Northern Cascade Range. Ruby Lake is great enough to spend more than a day at, Owl Creek Campground is a great local campground, and Ruby Lake is right by the Lost Creek Ridge Trail. For the period of the warm days of summer at Ruby Lake highs are regularly in the 70's, and all through the night it cools down to the 50's. High temperatures during the wintertime are normally

| | in the 40's; after the sun is down during the winter temperatures at Ruby Lake plunge into the 20's.
This lake is so wonderful. Painted Mountain is simple to spot from Ruby Lake, and you can have a good hiking adventure along the Fire Creek Way. And if that's not enough, there's a lot more to do near Ruby Lake. Stephens Pass is a very popular ski area around here, and do take a hike on the Camp Creek Ridge Trail. This lake is so wonderful.

no way someone can get bored here in the Northern Cascade Range. Get your heart pumping on the fine whitewater of Sauk River - North Fork, and whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then, we recommend Sloan Creek.
A large amount of rainfall falls at Ruby Lake; the month with most of the rain is November; July on the other hand is the driest. So many amusing things to do in the Northern Cascade Range, not enough time. Skalabats Creek is near
Ruby Lake and is always a diversion to have a look at; Skyriver Inn is a delightful location to get some rest.
There's so much to do here at Ruby Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Sloan Creek Campground is a tremendous location for that; dry warm beds await you at Cascadia Inn.
