During the winter this place gets highs in the 30's while the cold winter nights at Round Lake are in the 20's. Round Lake is a tremendous site to visit for more than one day, Smitty's RV Overniter is a tremendous site to camp nearby. This lake is so wonderful. You could also take a look at Cockleburr Lake while you're here at Round Lake; it's nearby, and a round of golf at nearby Black Rock Creek Golf Course is a fine way to kill some time.
