In Washington there are many beautiful lakes, Round Lake is one of them. Amanda Park Motel & Rv Park is a great place to get some rest, and going for a hike along the Canyon Creek Hoh Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this region. This lake is so wonderful. Camping at July Creek Campground is always a good experience, and a great site for whitewater paddling is Quinault River. But wait, there's more to do in the vicinity of Round Lake. Lakes? Sure,

| | Lilly Lake is in the neighborhood, and Round Lake is good enough to spend more than a day at, Gatton Creek Campground is a good local campground.
So much exciting stuff in the Olympic Mountains, just remarkable. Life's too short to enjoy all the fun stuff in the Olympic Mountains. A splendid close by hotel is Lake Quinault Lodge, and Round Lake is right by the Skyline Trail. Round Lake is a beautiful lake in the Olympic Mountains.

Round Lake usually tend to be in the 70's. Throughout the dark hours of summer temperatures fall down into the 40's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 40's while the cold winter nights at Round Lake are in the 30's. The high
level of precipitation makes Round Lake a reasonably wet place; the month of November is the wettest with most of the rain; July meanwhile is the driest month. Hiking along the Hoh River Trail is glorious fun, and in case you don’t mind getting drenched, you can always go whitewater paddling on Tshletshy River.
