Roses Lake is magnificent enough to spend more than a day at, Paradise Resort is a magnificent local campground; if you need a location to stay Wapato Point Village Inn is a great choice. What a place this is for outdoors folks. Mountain View Lodge is a tremendous site to get some rest, and Joe Creek is near Roses Lake and is always a pleasure to stop at. You have to go to Wapato Point when you're here at Roses Lake, and       do take a hike on the Devils Backbone Trailbike Loop Trail. So many enjoyable things to do in the Northern Cascade Range, not enough time. There are some great whitewater spots on Chelan River, and if you're interested in hydro structures, you can have a look at Wapato Lake Dam. This lake is so wonderful. The snow is wonderful at Echo Valley, and a lake close by is Dry Lake. The Northern Cascade Range scenery is always beautiful. This location, the Northern                  Cascade Range, has so much outdoors amusing things. Whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then we recommend Entiat River; a day at stunning Minneapolis Beach in close proximity to Roses Lake is a brilliant thing to do. This lake is so wonderful. Camping at Kamei Resort is always a tremendous experience, and you're sure to encounter some friendly folks from Wenatchee here. Roses Lake is regularly a reasonably dry spot; December is the wettest month with most snow, and July is when it's the driest. All through the summertime at Roses Lake temperatures are usually in the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures fall down into the 40's.
