Haller Creek is a great local stream; after a long day outdoors Benny's Colville Inn is a tremendous location to spend a night or two. Summertime at Rocky Lake comes with high temperatures in the 80's. Summer night lows plunge down to the 50's. Highs through the winter are regularly in the 30's; through the dark hours in the wintertime at Rocky Lake temperatures dip to the 10's. This       lake is so wonderful. East Sullivan - Colville National Forest is a good campground here; playing golf is lots of fun at Dominion Meadows Golf Course. Stay the night at Noisy Creek - Colville National Forest; dry warm beds await you at Centsible Inn. And if that's not sufficient, there's plenty more to do in the vicinity of Rocky Lake. You can never get enough of the great skiing at 49 Degrees North, and Lake Roosevelt National Recreation Area is a splendid                  national park.
