Take a hike on the Annette Lake Trail, and a lake close by is Surveyors Lake. Through the days of summer at Rockdale Lake highs are regularly in the 70's. Summer night lows fall down to the 50's. For the period of the winter highs are mostly in the 40's while the cold winter nights at Rockdale Lake are in the 30's. Rockdale Lake is located in the Northern Cascade Range. This       lake is so wonderful. Dingford Creek is a splendid whitewater spot in close proximity to Rockdale Lake, and Howard Johnson Snoqualmie/Summit is a pleasant spot to get some rest. This lake is so wonderful. Have a great hiking adventure along the Pratt Lake Trail, and you'll never forgive yourself if you don’t go skiing at Alpental while you're here. A lot of rain falls at Rockdale Lake; of all the months in a year January is the one with the most rain, and the driest                  month is July. There's no way anyone can get bored here in the Northern Cascade Range. If you're here at Rockdale Lake, you could go to Denny Creek, and what would winter be without some skiing at Snoqualmie. Frog Lake is a nearby lake that you could have a look at, and Rockdale Lake is nice enough to spend more than a day at, Crystal Springs Campground is a nice local campground. Rockdale Lake in fact is in the middle of a picturesque outdoors paradise. You can run the rapids of Snoqualmie River - South Fork near Rockdale Lake. There's so much to do here at Rockdale Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Commonwealth Campground is a good location for that. You just can't picture the amount of outdoors amusing stuff the area near Rockdale Lake has to offer. Do set aside some time for Olallie Meadow while you're here at Rockdale Lake, and the beauty of mother nature reveals herself at Franklin Falls.
