If you are in Kittitas county it's always a good idea to stop by Rock Rabbit Lakes. The top of Mount Margaret is easily seen from Rock Rabbit Lakes, and what would winter be without some skiing at Snoqualmie. You just can't picture the amount of outdoors enjoyable things the Northern Cascade Range has to offer. Kachess Campground is a wonderful campground here, and don't leave Rock Rabbit Lakes without first going for a hike along the Middle Fork Trail. This

a splendid adventure. And if that's not enough, there's lots more to do in close proximity to Rock Rabbit Lakes. Box Canyon Creek is a nice whitewater spot next to Rock Rabbit Lakes, and you can go for a hike on the Cooper Pass Trail.
Rock Rabbit Lakes sees pretty high levels of rain; most of the rain falls throughout January, and July is the month with the least moisture. This lake is located in the wonderful Northern Cascade Range. This lake is so wonderful.
Dry warm beds await you at Suncadia Resort, and you'll never forgive yourself if you don’t go skiing at Alpental while you're here. During the summer months, highs commonly are in the 70's at Rock Rabbit Lakes. Summer nighttime
lows plunge down to the 50's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 40's while Rock Rabbit Lakes nighttime low temperatures during the winter are in the 30's.
