     The beauty of mother nature reveals herself at Delany Spring, and since you're here you will meet lots of folks from close by Moses Lake. Rickard Lake is a glorious place to visit for more than one day, Blue Top Motel and RV Park is a glorious place to camp nearby, and Deep Lake Dam is wonderful. This lake is so wonderful. A round of golf at nearby Sun Lakes Golf Course is a perfect way to kill some time; dry warm beds await you at Ephrata Travelodge. During  
   the summer highs here at Rickard Lake get into the 80's, and during the night it cools down to the 50's. All through the winter highs are in the 30's, and throughout the dark hours in the wintertime at Rickard Lake temperatures sink to the 10's.
This lake is so wonderful. It's a good idea to explore Spring Creek, it's near Rickard Lake. A splendid place to stop by near Rickard Lake is Haynes Canyon, and one of the major marks of the surroundings of Rickard
 
               Lake is Table Rock. Stay the night at Sun Lakes Park Resort; you're most likely interested in lakes, Red Alkali Lake is one of those close by.
Life's too short to enjoy all the exciting stuff in close proximity to Rickard Lake. If you need a place to stay Best Western Rama Inn is a fine choice, and needless to say, this is a good region for people who like lakes, Green Lake is a lake in the neighborhood. Rickard Lake is pretty dry mostly; most of the snow falls through December; July is when it's the driest.
