In Washington there are many beautiful lakes, Richmond Lake is one of them. Summer at Richmond Lake comes with high temperatures in the 70's, and throughout the night it cools down to the 40's. Through the wintertime highs are generally in the 30's; overnight lows during the wintertime for Richmond Lake tend to be in the 20's. Richmond Lake is a wet place that gets a good deal of precipitation; the month with most of the rain is January, and the driest month is July.

This lake is so wonderful. Good hiking is available along the Goat Creek Trail, and in the event that you don't mind getting covered with water, you can always go whitewater paddling on American River. Whohoo, so much fun stuff in one place! Richmond Lake is great! You can never get enough of the brilliant skiing at White Pass; if you came to camp Cougar Flat Campground is a splendid place to do that.
And that's not all the things you can do here in the Northern Cascade Range. Going for a hike on the Richmond Mine Trail is always a pleasant adventure. There's so much to do here at Richmond Lake that you need to camp here for a
while, Bumping Crossing Campground is a good site for that. Go for a hike on the Nile Ridge Trail; a pleasant place for whitewater paddling is Bumping River.
