Solar World Estates North is a pleasant place to get some rest, and camping is available at Alderwood RV Resort. Summertime highs at Reflection Lake generally tend to be in the 80's with nighttime lows in the 40's. For the period of the wintertime this place gets highs in the 30's, and night lows during the wintertime for Reflection Lake tend to be in the 10's. This lake is so wonderful. Lake South Dam has glorious water scenery. Around Reflection Lake you don’t get a lot of rainfall; December is the month that gets the most snow, and July is the month with the least moisture. This lake is so wonderful. Why not spend
some time golfing at a close by golf course like Antler Springs Golf Course, and if you need a site to stay Ramada Limited Suites Spokane is a wonderful choice.

In June of 1996 Chewelah Basin Ski Corporation was sold to the Eminger Family. The ski area currently operates a full winter and limited summer schedule. The USFS permit area offers skiing on 905 acres with an additional 320 private acres of base and slope area for a total area of 1,225 acres. There are nearly 60 miles of groomed snowmobile trails adjacent to the ski area courtesy of the Washington State Department of Parks & Recreation. From November to April, five ski lifts serve a 541.7 acre trail network with a lift capacity of 1,888 skiers. Skiers and visitors are provided support in the day lodge on a year-round basis and parking is presently available for approximately 595 vehicles.
