Rainbow Lake is a glorious site to visit for more than one day, We and U Mobile Home and RV Park is a glorious site to camp nearby, and since you're here, you could also take a look at wonderful Rex Lake. Rainbow Lake is located in the Olympic Mountains. There's always Lake Limerick Dam to explore right next door to Rainbow Lake; if you're       here you will meet lots of people from close by Shelton. All year is a tremendous time in the Olympic Mountains if you have a thing about the outdoors. If you need a site to stay Super 8 Motel - Shelton is a tremendous choice; Johns Creek is one of the streams close by that might be worth checking out. All through the months of summer at Rainbow Lake highs are mostly in the 70's; the nighttime is a little chillier of course, generally in the 50's. High                  temperatures through the winter are normally in the 40's, and overnight lows through the wintertime for Rainbow Lake tend to be in the 30's. This lake is so wonderful. There are some magnificent whitewater spots on Jefferson Creek. So much exciting stuff to do here in the Olympic Mountains, too tremendous to be true. If you come at the right time of year, Hamma Hamma River offers some wonderful whitewater, and a golf course close by is Bayshore Golf Club. Rainbow Lake mostly gets much rainfall; most of the rain falls throughout December, and July is when it's the driest. Robin Hood Cottages is a delightful campground nearby, and you'll find a wonderful lake called Lake Limerick. This lake is so wonderful.
