    A visit to Rainbow Lake is always a good idea. This lake is so wonderful. Dry Falls Lake is a nearby lake that you could take a look at, and an exciting thing to stop at right next door to Rainbow Lake is Falls Lake Dam. While you're here at Rainbow Lake, you could also check out lovely Perch Lake, and Meadow Creek is one of the streams close by that might be worth stopping at.

   Falls State Park is a great location to camp nearby, and people from Moses Lake love to come here. Rainbow Lake is a location that is pretty dried up typically; December is the month that gets the most snow while July is the month with the least amount of precipitation. All through the long summer days at Rainbow Lake highs are mostly in the 80's, and through the night it cools down to the 50's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 30's with winter lows in  
               the 10's overnight here at Rainbow Lake.
If you want a perfect time in the great outdoors, just come on down to Rainbow Lake. If you need a location to stay Ephrata Travelodge is a good choice; a short journey to Delany Spring is always worthwhile. A splendid close by hotel is Best Western Rama Inn; golf can be played at Sun Lakes Golf Course. This lake is so wonderful. Sun Lakes Park Resort is a great campground nearby, and one of the dominant marks of the surroundings of Rainbow Lake is Umatilla Rock.
