Rainbow Lake is a beautiful lake in the Northern Cascade Range. During the summertime months here at Rainbow Lake, high temperatures frequently get into the 70's while nighttime lows are commonly in the 50's. Highs during the wintertime are commonly in the 30's while Rainbow Lake nighttime low temperatures throughout the winter are in the 20's. So much exciting stuff to do in the Northern Cascade Range, not enough time. Whitewater       paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then we recommend Granite Creek, and Adventure Inn is a good place to get some rest. There's just no way anybody can get bored here at Rainbow Lake. Going for a hike along the Rainbow Lake Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this vicinity, and Bowan Mountain is a peak you can catch a sight of from Rainbow Lake. Rainbow Lake mostly gets a lot of rainfall; November is when you get the most rain                  here while July is frequently the driest month. A good spot to camp here at Rainbow Lake is Company Creek Campground, and naturally Battalion Creek flows through this area. This lake is so wonderful. There are some great whitewater spots on Stehekin River. This spot, the Northern Cascade Range, has so much outdoors entertaining stuff. On a wonderful day at Rainbow Lake you can take a hike along the Park Creek Trail, and McGregor Meadows is a good spot here at Rainbow Lake. This lake is so wonderful. Lakes? Sure, Kettling Lake is in the neighborhood; if the weather is magnificent, you can go for a hike along the West Fork Methow Trail.
