Port Angeles Reservoir is a very beautiful lake in beautiful surroundings. Port Angeles Reservoir is one of the lakes here in the Olympic Mountains. Be careful coming to the Olympic Mountains, you might not ever wanna go home again. Not far from Port Angeles Reservoir, you'll discover Black Diamond Reservoir which is a pretty lake; Peabody Creek RV Park is a glorious local campground. All the water falling down from the sky makes Port Angeles Reservoir a wet site; the month with most of the rain is December while July is the month with the least amount of precipitation. Mountains for a good time. There's some attention-grabbing stuff to see at Peabody Heights Reservoir Dam near Port Angeles Reservoir, and you can never get enough of the nice skiing at Hurricane Ridge Ski Lodge. Shadow Mountain is
a pleasant campground nearby; on a brilliant day you can take a hike along the Lake Creek Trail. Days Inn Port Angeles is a great place to get some rest; needless to say, all our national parks are great spots to visit and Olympic
National Park is no exception. This lake is so wonderful. Peabody Creek flows through this neighborhood, and there is a splendid hiking trail close by called the Lillian River Trail. Throughout the summertime months at Port Angeles
Reservoir temperatures are usually in the 70's, and the overnight is rather chillier of course, mostly in the 50's. During the winter highs are in the 40's, and nighttime lows during the winter for Port Angeles Reservoir tend to be in the 30's.
