Pond Number 1-A is a very beautiful lake in beautiful surroundings. This is a brilliant area for people who like lakes. Pond Number Two is a lake in the neighborhood; Deschutes River is a great whitewater spot close by. At Pond Number 1-A during the summer highs are in the 70's. Once the sun is down it descends down to the 40's. Daytime highs during the winter are in the 40's while Pond Number 1-A overnight low temperatures during the wintertime are in the 30's.

| | There's just no way somebody can get bored here at Pond Number 1-A. If you need a site to stay Holiday Inn Express Ocean Shores, Wa is a great choice, and Dam Number One is beautiful.
It's a good idea to take a look at Packwood Creek, it's in close proximity to Pond Number 1-A, and Offut Lake Resort is a good campground nearby. This lake is so wonderful. During your visit to Pond Number 1-A you'll meet some people from Centralia for sure, and if you came | |

for an overnight stay Thousand Trails is a delightful place to camp. You're probably addicted to lakes, Pond Number Three is one of those nearby; Travel Inn Express is a pleasant site to get some rest.
If you don't mind getting
covered with water, you can always go whitewater paddling on Cowlitz River. All the water falling down from the sky makes Pond Number 1-A a wet location; December is when you get the most rain here, and July is the month with the least moisture.
