Lake Sammamish
We go to Lake Sammamish every summer. We love boating. The view is spectacular with Mt Rainier and all the hillsides. The water is warm and the beach is huge! We have our company picnic there every year also. Great place to visit!...
Lake Kathleen
I live nearby, so my husband and I went to check out Lake Kathleen. We didn't see any public parks or facilities and when we asked a resident who was out for a walk if there were any, she said ''no''...

Raging River
Attempting to kayak this river is another way to die.... It is not navigable. I've seen 2 people on this river (lived on it for 18 years now) one died and the other barely survived his buddies death........

Lake Beecher
12 miles away 1 PHOTO Lake Beecher is surrounded on 3 sides by a wildlife reserve and a wooded flood plain. Several families of Beavers and Otters make their homes along the sides of the lake. Evidence of large fresh water muscles are often found on the aging docks of the 1920s & 1930s cottages that are along the lake. In the early morning & evening in the summertime, hot air balloons drift along the edge of the lake just above the treeline between the lake and the Snohomish River....
Lake Pleasant RV Park
15 miles away I recently stayed overnight at Lake Pleasant RV park.? It was truly pleasant - quiet, nice to look at, clean.? The managers were very nice - they came by and told me I'd overpaid by? 90 cents.?? I will stay there again when in the area.? Cheers....
Lake Fontal
15 miles away WE USED TO FISH HUNT AND FOURWHEEL AT THE LAKE...We used to ride dirt bikes in the early 70's up to lake fontal, lotsa fun. I remember the cabins and little store that was up there when I was a kid in the 60's....I used to fish on Lake Fontal but now there isn't any fish.Warning: Lake Fontal Road is a dead end that does not lead to Lake Fontal. The lake is definitely not worth the trouble....We used to ride hores into lake fontal in the late 60's. There used to be a small resort there, complete with cabins, boat rentals, always a huge party opening weekend..(?) big foot sightings in the area...could of been the micro-dot....
Lake Dorothy
16 miles away This was a beautiful hike, coming out on a lake that was pristine and gorgeous. The only problem is, the hike is really long, steep, up hill, and was exhausting for me. I would consider this an upper intermediate hike....

Lake Fenwick
18 miles away I would like to know what kind of Marine animals are at Lake Fenwick park as our family decided to watch the bats and heard some extremely DEEP groan's coming from the lake. Would love to know is this toads? My 9 year old Jesse and myself are VERY interested!!!!...I've fished here several times it's really hit and miss, but usually I have luck with rooster tails brown, and some baits work as well. Never seen anything over 14 and usually see 8-10....
