All the water falling down from the sky makes Phillips Lake a wet location; December is the wettest month with most rain, and the driest month of the year is July. Alderbrook Resort And Spa is a wonderful site to get some rest, and Phillips Lake is good enough to spend more than a day at, Lake Trask Timber Trails Assn is a good local campground. And if that's not enough there's lots more cool       stuff to do in the Olympic Mountains. Not far from Phillips Lake, you'll find Spencer Lake which is a pretty lake, and an out of the ordinary thing to visit next to Phillips Lake is Buck Lake Dam. Phillips Lake is a place with many visitors from Shelton, and there are some fine whitewater spots on Hamma Hamma River. Now, you may believe that's a heap but there's even more amusing things to do here in the Olympic Mountains. There's whitewater on Jefferson                  Creek for all you adrenaline people. Be careful coming to Phillips Lake, you might not ever wanna return home again. Bayshore Golf Club is a perfect golf course close by. There's so much to do here at Phillips Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Spencer Lake RV Park is a fine site for that. This lake is so wonderful.
