Penny Lake is not the only place nearby, Rufus Woods Lake is a nearby lake, and do put some time aside to spend at Buckingham Spring while you're here at Penny Lake. This place is peerless, just explore all the exciting stuff to do close to Penny Lake. Not far from Penny Lake you can enjoy the trees of Buckingham Grove. Stay the night at Marina       RV Park; a lake nearby is Henton Lake. This lake is so wonderful. Dry warm beds await you at Rodeway Inn & Suites, and Penny Lake is a nice spot to visit for more than one day, Big River RV Park is a nice spot to camp nearby. Throughout the summer highs here at Penny Lake get into the 80's. Summer overnight lows dip down to the 50's. The winter brings highs down to the 30's with winter lows in the 10's overnight here at Penny Lake.
