Camping is available at Shady Pass Campground, and don't leave Pawn Lakes without first going for a hike along the Duncan Hill Trail. During the summertime months highs here at Pawn Lakes reach the 70's. For the period of the dark hours of summer temperatures fall down into the 40's. Daytime highs through the winter are in the 20's with winter lows in the 10's overnight here at Pawn Lakes. This place,       the Northern Cascade Range, has so much outdoors cool things. A tremendous site in the vicinity of Pawn Lakes is Shady Pass, and why not camp at Big Hill Campground if you're here at Pawn Lakes. While you're here at Pawn Lakes you will meet lots of people from close by Wenatchee, and there are splendid places to explore along the Hunters Trail. The Northern Cascade Range scenery is always beautiful. Go for a hike on the Devils Backbone Trailbike Loop Trail,                  and do stop at Lower Pawn Lake, it's a lovely lake. This lake is so wonderful. Entiat River is a pleasant whitewater spot near Pawn Lakes; everybody loves Lake Creek Basin. An average amount of rain falls at Pawn Lakes; December is the month that gets the most snow; July meanwhile is the driest month. So many cool things to do in the Northern Cascade Range, not enough time.
