There is a good hiking trail in close proximity to Pautzky Salmon Ponds called the Summit Lake Trail, and Pautzky Salmon Ponds       is splendid enough to spend more than a day at, Green River Gorge Resort is a splendid local campground. Pautzky Salmon Ponds is one of the lakes here in the Northern Cascade Range. You'll in fact wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the enjoyable stuff in the Northern Cascade Range.
