Pauls Lake is always a pleasure to visit. Do schedule some time to take a look at North Beach Peninsula in close proximity to Pauls Lake if you have a chance, and if you have time, Fort Clatsop National Memorial is a national park worth checking out. Stay the night at Ocean Park Resort, and Long Beach Super 8 Motel is a great site to get some rest. You'll need more than a day to explore everything Pauls Lake has to offer, you can camp at Ocean Aire Trailer Park, and a lake close by is Lost Lake. But wait, there's more to do near Pauls Lake. We are 2. 5 blocks from the beach and 14 blocks from downtown. We have showers, laundry, and a meeting hall available to groups. Our Park is perpendicular to the highway so most sites are well away from the road. There are hiking and bicycling trails, a national wildlife refuge, two beautiful light houses and much history dating back to Lewis and Clark's discovery in 1805.
