     This lake is so wonderful. Gotta ski! Snoqualmie is a nice location to do that, and Box Canyon Creek is a fine whitewater spot close by. Lakes are perfect; Spectacle Lake is a lake that's near Park Lakes; if you need a site to stay Howard Johnson Snoqualmie/Summit is a good choice. Summertime brings highs in the 70's to Park Lakes; during summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 40's with winter lows in the 30's overnight  
   here at Park Lakes.
The Cooper Pass Trail offers hiking at its best. This lake is so wonderful. Park Lakes is right by the Escondido Trail, and Suncadia Resort is a good place to get some rest. Having a good time in the Northern Cascade Range is uncomplicated. Park Lakes is wonderful enough to spend more than a day at, Crystal Springs Campground is a wonderful local campground; in case you don’t mind getting dripping wet, you can always go whitewater paddling
 
               on Snoqualmie River - Middle Fork.
All the water falling down from the sky makes Park Lakes a wet place; January is when you get the most rain here, and the driest month is July. Alta Pass is in the neighborhood of Park Lakes and is a nice place, and the summit of Chikamin Peak can be distinguished from Park Lakes. Don't try to stop me, cause I'm havin' a good time here at Park Lakes. There's so much to do here at Park Lakes that you need to camp here for a while, Kachess Campground is a great site for that, and you're possibly addicted to lakes, Glacier Lake is one of those close by.
Park Lakes is a beautiful lake in the Northern Cascade Range. But wait, there's more entertaining stuff to do in the Northern Cascade Range. Take a hike on the Pacific Crest Trail - section 25, and striking scenery and nice skiing is what you obtain at Alpental.
