     Near Park Lake you discover magnificent locations like Deer Canyon; dry warm beds await you at Best Western Rama Inn. Park Lake gets very little precipitation; through December this area sees the most snow; July on the other hand is the driest. You'll wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the enjoyable things at Park Lake. Here at Park Lake you'll almost certainly meet some people from Moses Lake; Ephrata Travelodge is a pleasant spot to get some rest.
 
   You'll need more than a day to explore everything Park Lake has to offer, you can camp at Sun Lakes Park Resort, and there's some flowing water nearby, Meadow Creek is a stream you can stop by during your stay. For the duration of the summer at Park Lake temperatures are ordinarily in the 80's, and the overnight is somewhat cooler of course, commonly in the 50's. All through the winter the highs are usually in the 30's while the cold winter nights at Park Lake  
               are in the 10's. Nearby lakes? Sure, Rainbow Lake is near Park Lake; if you're a golfer then a tremendous nearby course is Sun Lakes Golf Course.

Wow what a great w/e. Haven't been to Jack's Resort on Jameson Lake in years, but will make it at least twice a year from here on. The new owner and apparently a crew of regulares have fixed the place up to a quality resort. Super friendly folks, good service and great food. Oh, and the fishin wasn't bad either. Would have been better but Fish And Wildlife decided to plant a bazzzzzillon fry and the big guys I was after were on the bottom burping.
