It's always fun to stop by Panther Lake. Don't you try to stop me, cause I'm havin' a nice time here at Panther Lake. Panther Creek is a stream that you may bump into while here; not far from Panther Lake you'll hit upon Mission Lake which is a charming lake. This lake is so wonderful. Tahuya River Dam is worth going to while you're here, and there are some magnificent whitewater spots on Dosewallips River. Whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for
you then we recommend Duckabush River, and nearby you stumble on the Mount Jupiter Trail which is a good hiking trail.
Panther Lake typically gets a great deal of precipitation; December is the wettest month with most rain, and July is when it's the driest. There are plenty of folks from Bremerton-Silverdale here at Panther Lake, and if you need a spot to stay Bayshore Motel is a nice choice. Swamps like McCaslin Marsh are fun to stop by, and going for a

hike on the Deadfall Trail is always a great adventure.
This lake is so wonderful. Panther Lake is good enough to spend more than a day at, Snooze Junction RV Park is a good local campground. There's so much to do here at Panther Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Park Place On Hood Canal is a good place for that, and after a long day outdoors Belfair Motel is a glorious place to spend a night or two. Throughout the warm months, highs generally are in the 70's at Panther Lake, and throughout the night it cools down to the 50's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 40's with winter lows in the 30's overnight here at Panther Lake.
