It's always fun to stop by PJ Lake. This lake is so wonderful. Port Angeles Super 8 Motel is a splendid place to get some rest, and get yourself into a kayak and hit Elwha River. Be careful coming to the Olympic Mountains, you might not ever want to return home again. Why not camp at Heart of the Hills Campground if you're here at PJ Lake, and while you're here you can take a hike along the Little River Trail. If you came for an overnight stay Elmers Park is

| | a magnificent site to camp, and good skiing awaits you at Hurricane Ridge Ski Lodge.
This lake is so wonderful. That right there is a lot of exciting things already but it goes on, the Olympic Mountains has it all. There are some fine whitewater spots on Elwha River, and on a good day you can take a hike along the Lillian River Trail. So many entertaining things to do here at PJ Lake, too delightful to be true. to check out, and Olympic National Park is no exception; going for a hike along the Lake Creek Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this region.
PJ Lake sees pretty high levels of rain; of all the months in a year December
is the one with the most rain, and July on the other hand is the driest. A great nearby hotel is Best Western Olympic Lodge; Eagle Point can be spotted from PJ Lake. All through the warm months at PJ Lake highs are usually in the
70's; during summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. For the period of the winter highs are in the 40's, and throughout the dark hours in the wintertime at PJ Lake temperatures descend to the 30's.
This lake is located in the wonderful Olympic Mountains.
