Through the days of summer at Orrs Pond temperatures are ordinarily in the 70's; throughout summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. All through the wintertime highs are regularly in the 40's with temperatures at Orrs Pond dipping down into the 30's all through winter nights. At Orrs Pond you don’t see much rain; most of the rain falls during December while July is frequently the driest month. Deer Lake is a fine lake close to Orrs Pond, and why not camp at Port Susan Camping Club since you're here at Orrs Pond. This lake is so wonderful.                  Lots of people from Oak Harbor come to Orrs Pond; a great close by hotel is Silver Cloud Inn.
