Summer brings highs in the 80's to North Twin Lake, and through the night it cools down to the 40's. Through the wintertime the highs are regularly in the 20's; nighttime lows in the 10's for North Twin Lake. North Twin Lake gets very little rain; most of the snow falls during December, and the driest month of the year is October. This lake is so wonderful. Lake Roosevelt National       Recreation Area is a magnificent national park, and you can go for a hike on the Daisy Trail. There's whitewater on Sherman Creek for all you adrenaline people; a lake close by is Twin Lakes Reservoir. Don't leave North Twin Lake without first going for a hike along the White Mountain Trail; Carson Beach is rather close by if you're in a beach type of mood. If you get bored of North Twin Lake, you could also visit nearby Twin Lakes. And if that's not enough,                  there's a load more to do near North Twin Lake. There's good hiking along the Seventeenmile Trail. You'll need more than a day to explore everything North Twin Lake has to offer, you can camp at Rocky Point Campground. Beaver Dam Creek is right next door to North Twin Lake and is always a delight to stop at.
