If you need a location to stay Best Western Evergreen Inn & Suites is a splendid choice, and whitewater paddling is great on Duwamish River. This lake is so wonderful. You're probably interested in lakes, Lake Geneva is one of those close by, and North Lake is a fine place to visit for more than one day, River Road RV is a fine place to camp nearby. In case you don’t       have a problem getting dripping wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Puyallup River, and you'll meet a lot of folks from Seattle-Tacoma-Bellevue here. You'll wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the enjoyable things at North Lake. If you want to hit the beach, Des Moines Beach is close by, and fine water scenery is available at Weyerhaeuser Dam right next door to North Lake.
