If you like lakes and you're in this part of Washington you can check out New Lake. The Central Cascade Range scenery is always beautiful. People from Hood River love to come to New Lake; there is a splendid hiking trail nearby called the Brush Creek Trail. You'll need more than a day to explore everything New Lake has to offer, you can camp at Bigfoot Park; if you need a spot to stay Wind River Cabins & Lodging is a fine choice. | | New Lake is uncomplicated, and you can never get enough of the glorious skiing at Cooper Spur. At New Lake all through the summer highs are in the 70's, and the overnight is somewhat chillier of course, usually in the 50's. Highs during the wintertime are mostly in the 40's, and after the sun is down through the wintertime temperatures at New Lake drop into the 30's. gets the most rain, and July meanwhile is the driest month. Whohoo, so much entertaining stuff in one place! New Lake is great! A spree to Collins Point in close proximity to New Lake is always a wonderful idea, and glide down
the rapids of Hood River - West Fork in a kayak. Yep, outdoors fun things truly is abundant here in the Central Cascade Range. You're almost certainly keen on lakes, Berge Reservoir is one of those close by, and on a great day you
can take a hike along the Wyeth Trail. This lake is so wonderful. Berge Reservoir Dam is worth taking a look at if you're here; from New Lake you obtain a good view of Shellrock Mountain. This lake is so wonderful. Paddling on
Little White Salmon River is so much fun, and while you're here you can take a hike along the Pacific Crest Trail - section 23. All the outdoors exciting stuff right next door to New Lake will keep you coming back many times. Really
delightful skiing awaits you at Mt. Hood Meadows. If you want a great time in the great outdoors just come on up to the Central Cascade Range. Bridge of The Gods Motel & Rv is a great spot to get some rest, and New Lake is a nice place to camp, Wind Mountain Resort is a nice place.
